    A RICOH Business Controller is a a custom PC for collaboration that snaps into the back of the IFPD. A secured PC that provides a powerful collaboration platform.

    Order Confirmation:

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment:

    If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days (depending on your location, as orders that are placed outside the continental US may take longer) from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with the original supplier, distribution center, warehouse, and/or manufacturer that sent you received the product from.

    Damages:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to the original supplier, distribution center, warehouse, and/or manufacturer that you received the product from. and they will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

    Returns
    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Additional non-returnable items:
    Gift cards
    Downloadable software products
    Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, please send your purchases back to the original supplier, distribution center, warehouse, and/or manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial and/or full refunds are granted. However, if books with obvious signs of use, CD's, DVD's, VHS tapes, software, video games, printers, projectors, VR headsets, Drone technology or any other items that have been opened, or any item/s not in its original condition; and is damaged or contains missing parts for reasons not due to our error will lose it's guarantee for refund or exchange. Any item/s that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be exchanged or refunded.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via through our Contact Form first please to get the issue documented and resolved, then contact our business office number provided on our site.


    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    Products are only exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send the item (product) to the original supplier, distribution center, warehouse, and/or manufacturer that you received the product from for a new one.


    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
